I want to design a graph visualisation interactive for my students. The graph is f(x), and another graph is right below it, on a different axes, showing the derivative of f(x).  

Grade level: Secondary 3 additional mathematics 

Student readiness level: mixed abilities 

The graph visualisation focuses on: exploring the derivative of functions

The objective of the visualisation is to: explore the effects of changing parameters in functions

While exploring the graphs, students should experience: [adjusting sliders to change function parameters, plotting points by clicking, seeing instant visual feedback when equations change"]

The interface should include: coordinate grid with adjustable scale, sliders to modify function parameters, input boxes for custom equations, zoom and pan controls, toggle buttons to show/hide different functions
