About this Simulation

This kinematics simulator allows learners to explore one-dimensional motion by manipulating initial conditions and observing real-time changes in position, velocity and acceleration. Interactive motion diagrams and displacement markers visualise movement patterns, while dynamic data tables reveal the mathematical relationships underlying kinematic behaviour.

Learning objectives: Understand how displacement, velocity and acceleration relate to one another | Interpret motion diagrams and graphical representations of kinematic data | Apply kinematic principles to predict and analyse object motion
